Dr. Ancha Baranova is an Associate Professor in School of Systems Biology, George Mason University, Fairfax, VA and a specialist in knowledge based algorithms, the high-throughput data analysis and the modeling of complex biological systems.
Dr. Cecile Ben is an Assistant Professor at Ecole Nationale Supérieure Agronomique de Toulouse (ENSAT), and a specialist in plant genetics and plant breeding and adaptation to stress, using the most current technologies (GWAS, GS, etc.). Dr. Ben has a vast knowledge of the working habits and expectations of plant and animal breeders.
Dr. Inna Dubchak is a Senior Scientist at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Inna led several large scale projects such as the development of VISTA, a comprehensive family of tools for comparative genomics; whole-genome comparative analysis for a wide range of species; building databases and computational tools for investigating transcriptional regulation; designing new approaches to visualization of genomic data.
Prof. Laurent Gentzbittel is a full Professor at Ecole Nationale Supérieure Agronomique de Toulouse (ENSAT), the 2nd ranking school of Agronomy in France, and a specialist in biostatistics and whole-genome-based genetic analyses in plants. Prof. Gentzbittel works on development of the provenance prediction algorithms and phenotype prediction algorithms.
Dr. Tatiana Tatarinova is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Spatial Sciences, University of Southern California. Dr. Tatarinova works on development of computational tools for genome annotation, analysis of regulatory regions, and provenance and phenotype prediction algorithms.
